Room Renovation
As you can see the highly decorated tiles on the floor in the entrance which were the style in the 1970's
The cream tiles are placed on top is so that the dark green border tile which is used as a feature can be calculated to suit the rooms size and placement from the wall. The border has been set further forward at the back of the room to allow the feature to exist with a wall unit that was purchased especially for the room .
The new tiles were laid on top of the existing floor which was perfectly flat due to the old tiling method used at the time.
